Most on-site inspections take 60–90 minutes depending on property size and condition.
During the visit, we perform a systematic walkthrough, test basic functionality of accessible systems, and distinguish observed damage from typical wear. We photograph findings and note items related to lease obligations, such as cleanliness standards, alterations without approval, appliance care, lawn or common-area upkeep, and safety devices.
After the inspection, we provide a same-day or next-business-day digital report and a short debrief to answer questions. If desired, we offer follow-up checks before move-out or renewal to verify that recommended repairs were completed, helping keep documentation current and minimizing end-of-lease disputes.
