The inspection is observational and non-destructive, focusing on function, safety, and material defects visible at the time of inspection.
Optional add-ons can deepen insights, such as sewer scope evaluations, wood-destroying organism inspections, and indoor air quality or radon testing. We also offer a pre-appointment checklist to help you ensure utilities are on and access points are clear for the most complete evaluation.
